- Your private tour is scheduled for up to 10 hours only. If you find that you need more time or exceed the maximum time limit, an additional fee may be required.
- A child regardless of age to count as one passenger. Children under 12 or less than 135cm require an Infant, Child or Booster seats, you must book these in advance.
- Please liaise directly with your Driver if you wish to spend longer at Bicester Village.
- MPV Car: Can accommodate up to 3 passengers and can also carry 5 handbags and 4 pieces of medium luggage.
- People Carrier: Can carry up to 6 passengers, 8 handbags and 8 medium pieces of luggage.
- Prices are per car not per person.
- Cancellation policy. A full refund can only be given if tickets are cancelled at least 7 days in advance.

With more than 150 boutiques, Bicester Village offers a wonderful shopping experience with remarkable discounts all year round. Plus, you can explore the range of restaurants, cafés and pop-ups too.
If private transportation with reserved parking near the boutiques isn’t enough, we also offer hands-free shopping services. That’s right, we’ll carry your bags for you, allowing you to shop to your heart’s content. You’ll also be able to sign up to the VIP pass which will provide you with up to 10% discounts at select stores.
