- Once booked, this ticket cannot be refunded. Tickets can be amended to a different time and date (subject to availability) up to 48 hours before scheduled tour.
- This tour includes steps and heights, however we have a step-free route for wheelchair users.
- As a working theatre with ongoing rehearsals and other technical work, there are certain times when parts of the building will be inaccessible. We always endeavour to provide a true behind-the-scenes experience, but it may be necessary for tours to be rescheduled in rare circumstances. If the tour is cancelled a full refund will be made to the customer.
