Report a Lost Property Item 

Items can get left behind on our tours which are collected by the driver at the end of the day. 

If you have left your luggage or personal belongings behind on one of our vehicles, please complete the form below. Please provide as much detail as you can about the bus tour (date, time, etc.) and precise details of the item (colour, size, brand, etc.) to help us track it down. 

You must contact us as soon as possible after losing your item/s, we can only keep lost property for 7 (seven) days (after it is found). After this time, the items will be given to local charities. We will contact you within 24 hours of you submitting this form. We will do our best to locate your item and return it to you. Pick up location will be advised.
