- Tickets cannot be cancelled but can be amended up to 48 hours before entry time.
- There are no toilets inside.
- Bulky luggage such as strollers and carriers are prohibited from entering the exhibition hall.
- Wheelchair customers have limited access to the upper floors. Guests will be offered a ticket discount.
- Carers enter free with appropriate documentation at the entrance. The guest requiring assistance must have a valid ticket.
- Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

Building on the success of both Delight and PULSE: Beyond Delight, the latest exhibition, Hello, Delight! is an interactive media art exhibition at London's Borough Yards. Combining creativity and technology for a unique cultural journey, this installation will awaken your senses and ignite your imagination.
Blending Korean tradition with AI technology you can enjoy personalised poetry, become a K-drama protagonist, explore Moon Song shaped by your voice, and step into virtual cityscapes.
With 12 immersive zones, you will be awed by the lighting and visuals and go where you have never gone before thanks to virtual reality's power. Experience ancient and modern tradition in a truly groundbreaking way, as cutting-edge artificial intelligence brings Korea’s rich cultural heritage to life.
Exclusive to London, the interactive artworks, projections and sensory experiences showcase a colourful and vibrant virtual Korean city and allow you to directly engage with AI’s creative interpretations of Korean traditional and contemporary culture.
Get involved in the scenery with AI photo shooting and sharing, and an AR treasure hunt. You can take pictures, dance, sit down, and even lie down on the floor if it helps you better engage with the amazing installations happening around you.
