- You must be over 18 and have a valid ID to gain entry to the venue.
- Please arrive 15 minutes before your reservation.
- You must wear secure, flat shoes with a strap on the back in the ball pits or up to a mid-block heel. Smart casual dress code.
- There are pulsating and flashing lights in the venue that can cause photosensitivity.
- The venue is not wheelchair friendly
- Cancellation policy: Tickets cannot be cancelled, but can be amended up to 48 hours before the ticket start time.
- Your ticket allows for 3 hours in the ball pit. Guests are welcome to stay at the venue after this duration.

With two giant adult ball pits, nostalgia-inducing cocktails, homemade Neapolitan pizzas and resident DJs taking you through the best in commercial hits, new remixes, and R’n’B, Ballie Ballerson London is the place to be for a fun night out with friends!
This ticket allows you 3 hours of access to the world's largest adult ball pit. And don’t think this ball pit is like the one you used to play in as a child, it's much more grown-up and epic! It's an electric atmosphere with glowing balls, 10,000 LED bright lights, and smoke machines.

The world champion flair bartenders will perform tricks and flames that are sure to impress anyone, and with delicious pizzas available to order, you will be well fed! The venue also has karaoke and a photobooth, as well as a huge dance floor where you can show off your best moves!
