Description
Get out and about this Christmas Eve with these classic London activities.
Panoramic Tour of London
See London all lit up this festive season. Your Christmas Eve begins with a panoramic guided tour of the city’s most famous landmarks, keep an eye out for the festive lights and decorations. See the infamous Pudding Lane, where the Great Fire began in 1666 as well as some of the worst hit areas during the Blitz of WW2.
Photo Stop at the Tower of London
Your bus tour will stop off at the remarkable fortress the Tower of London, the last stop for many a doomed character from history. Snap a photo of the iconic castle before continuing on your journey.
Buckingham Palace
Practice your royal wave as you approach Buckingham Palace. See King Charles III’s imposing London residence from outside the front gates, and catch a glimpse of the iconic outfits of the King’s Guard with their red tunics and bearskin hats (unfortunately still made out of bear). Hopefully you will get to see the Changing of the Guard but this doesn’t occur every day, so if not you’ll be taken to the Horse Guards Parade, just down the road.
