- Show your Golden Tours voucher at the ticket office at Buckingham Palace on the day of visit, where it will be exchanged for an entrance ticket.
- Wheelchair users must contact [email protected] 14 days in advance of their day of travel so the palace can be advised. Wheelchair access is subject to availability.
- For safety reasons, pushchairs are not permitted in the State Rooms. They must be checked in and reclaimed at the exit. Baby-carriers are available for loan.
- Eating, drinking and photography are not permitted inside Buckingham Palace. Bottled water is allowed.
- Bicycles, folding bikes, scooters, roller-skates or skateboards and bags larger than 45cm x 20cm x 30cm cannot be taken into the palace.
- Tickets purchased from Golden Tours cannot be converted into a 1-Year Pass.
- Cancel bookings up to 72 hours before travel to receive a full refund.

Buckingham Palace

Royal Walk
Enjoy a leisurely, majestic stroll through the capital visiting several spectacular sites the British Royals are known for. In this two-hour walking tour, discover the magnificent St James’ Palace which was commissioned by the notorious Henry VIII and is now the London residence of Princesses Anne, Beatrice and Alexandra. You’ll of course also visit Buckingham Palace and watch the Changing of the Guard ceremony (when available).
Your expert guide will showcase the famous shops, clubs and churches with a royal history including Queen Elizabeth' IIs favourite off-licence and the lucky barber who used to cut Prince Philip’s hair. Did you know that The Queen Mother and Sir Winston Church both bought their cigarettes and cigars from the same tobacconists?
